Copyright notice checklist

Counter-notice information
An affected party may prepare a counter-notice identifying the material and former location, stating under penalty of perjury why removal or restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, and supplying contact details, any legally required consent to jurisdiction and service, and a signature. A compliant counter-notice may be forwarded to the claimant.
Repeated claims and truthful statements
